I mentioned in a previous post that my co-workers don't really get along. I had hoped that it was mainly a one day thing and today would be better. I was wrong. There is a lot of tension. I just want everyone to get along. I guess this means I will start looking for my new job. I can't handle this tension. I get enough crap from crazy customers, I don't want it from my co-workers too.
But until I find that new job I am here, trying my best!
Did I mention that this past week a company from Grand Rapids called me in for an interview? Yes, many months after I had applied they decided that wanted to meet with me. I find it very, very annoying. They had my application for MONTHS and now, after I've relocated and taken a job that is kind of annoying, they want to meet with me. Jerks. Why doesn't the world work in a timely manor?
Alrighty, I've ranted enough.

Tap Dancing Elephants!
I didn't see Tim Gunn today. I was really hoping since he was in Chicago he would drop into WT, but he didn't. Plus I don't think he would stop by my department. Maybe next time, or maybe someone else will stop by!!
I love knowing that in a big city there is a very real possibility of seeing a famous person. It makes life more exciting. I feel like if I ever meet someone famous it would be like the whole Mark Ruffalo thing all over again.
Speaking of work, the other girls in my department don't seem to get along. Great fun, especially since everyone complains to me about the other person. I really hope they work things out and get along.

Blurred Vision
Today I spent over an hour with one customer in a bra fitting. But at least she opened a credit card when we were done. But I think the worst part of my day was that for the last 3 hours of the work day I had a headache. Not just any headache I think it was a migraine because it is still with me. (But I don't have to be to work until 1:30pm tomorrow so I can try to sleep it off!)
I am happy and feel so lucky to have a job, but at the same time I feel like what I am doing is below me. That sounds awful, but I think I feel this way because I don't feel challenged intellectually.
I just realized today that I am going to be 23 in only a few weeks. It seems weird.

Boom Sha Boom
My apartment looks like a bomb when off in it. The dryer in my building does a less than stellar job at drying. So all of my clothes are damp and hanging over chairs and my bed trying to dry. Plus, all the things I need to unpack are everywhere but in my closet.
I hate unpacking.
I also hate that I burnt my dinner.
Friends, I am looking for a new phone. What companies and plans do you guys use?
P.S.
I just finished the newest episode of Dr. Who. I wasn't that impressed. I expected more. More of what I'm not sure, but it wasn't as interesting as I was hoping for.

Mamma Mia!
Something very random happen today. I was at the morning meeting at work and who should be standing there but a fellow college alum. That's right, someone I know works at my work. I will give you a hint, she played a pig in a college production. It was completely crazy!
I have a new couple things I would like to rant about:
1) Wind. I hate you, well not all the time, but when you are freezing and strong you annoy me.
2) People who need you to look through all the bras or undies for their size instead of doing it themselves.
3) Mean people. Why can't you just be nice? I'm nice and I expect you to be nice back!
I will leave you with this classic music video, just because this song has been in my head.

Here Comes Peter Cotton Tail!
All day at work the Easter song "Peter Cotton Tail" was running through my head. It was kind of annoying. But at least Easter is only a few days away.
I came across the Bread Art Project today. It's kind of cool, but for some reason I'm having problems with the site. Hopefully it will work for you! For every piece of bread you decorate or "toast" bread is donated!
One final note, when I was in DC there was a touring production of The Wizard of Oz performing at the Kennedy Center, and the girl playing Dorthy performed at the opening of the American History Museum. Well, just now as I was watching TV I saw an ad for the Wizard of Oz and it is the same production. I just saw the same Dorthy!! It's following me!

Ding-Dong
So the "L" makes a ding-dong noise when the doors close. Isn't that backwards? Shouldn't they ding-dong then open?
Just a random observation.
