Right now, Dear Friends, I am wearing a very, VERY comfy t-shirt I bought at J. Crew when Moi came to visit. We both bought three t-shirts and they were one of the wisest purchases I made during her visit! I love comfy tees!
The past few days I was a tourist in my own town with Moi. We shopped like crazy people (and spent too much money) ate good food, visited the animals at the zoo, went sightseeing, saw Harry Potter 6, and went to a SOX game. It was fun. I wish Moi could have stayed a bit longer! It's so nice having my college friends in town!
I was a little disappointed in the new Harry Potter film. If you've seen it you will know what I am talking about, and if not, I don't want to spoil it for you! I think I will just stop reading, that way I'm not disappointed in films based on movies.
Here's a few pics from Moi's visit:
Oh, I have decided that I will make an effort to call everyone once a week. I feel like I haven't talked to some of you in FOREVER!!! Expect to hear from me soon!

Hee.
They were doing really good until they f*@&ed it up. You know it's going to be bad when one of the most lucrative franchises doesn't bring back the Dursley actors because they didn't want to pay them. Just saying.
I found that I enjoy the movies more if I don't think of them as "Harry Potter" movies but instead as movies about British kids who attend a strange, magical school.
That being said, I didn't hate the movie. I even laughed at a number of parts (Harry imitating pincers comes to mind.) However, the overall feeling I had when I left the theatre was how I really, really, really wanted to read HBP. It was almost as if the movie was a teaser trailer for a book that is for more intriguing than anything that was on screen.
Also, I commented specifically here so I could use my Luna icon. She's adorable.
